Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website currently located at Veltech.tech (hereinafter, the “Site”), together with all materials and services available on it, as well as any successor website provided by Veltech Consulting, SL (“Veltech”). By accessing or using the Site, or any feature, service or data provided through it, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
Restrictions on Use
You may use the Site only for the purposes permitted under these Terms of Use and the laws and regulations in force in your country and jurisdiction, as well as any other applicable laws governing your use of the Site (including laws relating to the export of data or software from and to Spain or other relevant countries, as described below).
In relation to the Site, you agree not to:
Transmit or make available through the Site any material that is or may be:
(a) threatening, harassing, demeaning, hateful or intimidating, or that fails to respect the rights and dignity of others;
(b) defamatory, libellous, fraudulent or unlawful;

(d) protected by copyright, trade mark, trade secret, image rights, privacy rights or any other proprietary right without the prior written consent of the respective rights holder.
Transmit or make available through the Site any virus, worm, Trojan horse, logic bomb, spyware or other code, file or program that is or may be harmful or intrusive, or that is intended to damage or interfere with the operation of any hardware, software or equipment, or to monitor its use.
Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Collect information about Site users.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, its servers or the networks used for its operation, including hacking or altering any part of the Site, or breaching any requirements, procedures or policies of such servers or networks.
Restrict or prevent any other person from using the Site.
Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, sell, rent, lease, lend, share in real time, distribute or exploit any part (or any use) of the Site without express written authorisation from Veltech Consulting, SL.
Perform reverse engineering, decompile or disassemble any part of the Site, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
Remove any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices from the Site.
Bookmark, duplicate or incorporate any part of the Site into any product or service without prior written consent from Veltech.
Systematic downloading or storage of Site content is prohibited.
You may not use robots, spiders, search/retrieval applications or other manual or automated devices to retrieve, index, extract data or collect content from the Site, or to reproduce or circumvent its navigation or presentation structure, without the prior express written consent of Veltech.
However, subject to the instructions published in the robots.txt file located in the Site’s root directory, Veltech authorises public search engine operators to use web crawlers to copy Site materials solely for the purpose of creating a public search index of such materials (and only to the extent necessary for that purpose), but not to create cached copies or archives thereof. Veltech reserves the right to revoke this authorisation at any time, generally or in specific cases, without prior notice.
Information Submitted Through the Site
Submission of information through the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy of Veltech Consulting, SL (“Privacy Policy”).
You represent and warrant that all information you provide in connection with the Site is and will remain accurate and complete, and that you will keep it updated as necessary.
Veltech will not disclose any information relating to service usage to third parties unless required by law or by competent authorities in the relevant jurisdictions.
Transactions
We may offer you the possibility of purchasing or obtaining certain encryption, access control and revocation services (the “Services”) through the Site (a “Transaction”).
If you wish to carry out a Transaction, you may be asked to provide relevant information, such as your credit card number and expiry date, billing address and shipping details.
YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH A TRANSACTION.
By providing such information, you authorise us to share it with third parties to facilitate Transactions. Information verification may be required before confirming or completing any Transaction.
By making a Transaction, you represent that the relevant Services will be used only in a lawful manner.
Feedback
If you provide ideas, proposals, suggestions or other materials (“Feedback”), whether related to the Site or otherwise, you acknowledge and agree that such Feedback is non-confidential, provided freely, unsolicited and without restriction, and does not impose any fiduciary or other obligation on Veltech.
You retain ownership of your Feedback but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully sublicensable licence (through multiple tiers), without additional consideration to you or any third party, to reproduce, distribute, perform and display (publicly or otherwise), create derivative works, adapt, modify and otherwise use and exploit such Feedback in any format or medium now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose (including promotional purposes such as testimonials).
You warrant that you own all necessary rights to grant the above licence and that your Feedback and its submission through the Site are complete and accurate, and do not infringe applicable law or third-party rights.
You irrevocably waive any moral or similar rights you may have over such materials under applicable law.
Veltech may disclose Feedback and the circumstances surrounding its submission for any purpose.
Transfer of Ownership Rights
Veltech Consulting, SL and its suppliers own the Site, which is protected by international intellectual property and property rights laws.
Subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, and only while Veltech allows you to use the Site, you may view and use it provided that all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.
Veltech grants you no intellectual property or proprietary rights over the Site except as expressly stated in these Terms of Use.
Unless expressly stated herein, nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any right to use, distribute, copy or modify Veltech’s intellectual property, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trade names, trade marks, service marks, Veltech logos, domain names or other brand identifiers.
Third-Party Materials and Links
Certain Site features may provide access to materials provided by third parties (“Third-Party Materials”) or may route or transmit such materials, including through links.
By using this functionality, you authorise us to access, route and transmit the relevant Third-Party Materials.
We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Materials, including their accuracy, completeness, quality, legality, usefulness or security, or any intellectual property rights associated with them.
Some Third-Party Materials may be inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a representation or warranty by Veltech regarding Third-Party Materials.
We are under no obligation to monitor Third-Party Materials and may block or disable access to any such materials through the Site at any time.
The availability of third-party material through the Site does not imply our endorsement or affiliation with any provider, nor does it create any legal relationship between you and such provider.
Your use of third-party material is at your own risk and is subject to any additional terms, conditions and policies applicable to such material.
Warranties
The Site and the services of Veltech operate under SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS signed between the parties under the service contract.
Limitation of Liability
Except where required by law, Veltech Consulting, SL, its directors, officers, employees or affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from or in any way connected with these Terms of Use, the services or third-party materials, including but not limited to loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data or computer malfunction, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy if dissatisfied with the Site, any service or third-party materials is to stop using the Site.
Indemnification
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Veltech Consulting, SL and its affiliates from all claims, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
a) your use of the Site or related activities; and
b) any breach or alleged breach of these Terms of Use by you.
Termination
These Terms of Use shall remain in force until the termination of the contractual relationship.
Veltech may terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, giving 30 days’ prior notice, if you are deemed to have breached these Terms of Use.
Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the Site shall cease immediately, and Veltech may disable or delete your username, account and associated material without liability.
Provisions which, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in force.
Additional Terms
Certain parts of the Services may be subject to additional terms applicable to specific features or areas of the Site.
Updates to Terms of Use
Veltech may update these Terms of Use by notifying you at least 30 days in advance by any reasonable means, including publishing the revised Terms on the Site.
Use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The “Last Updated” notice indicates the date of the latest modification.
Veltech may modify or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without liability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Site is controlled and operated from Spain and is not intended to subject Veltech to any foreign jurisdiction or law.
Use of the Site is at your own risk and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Spain or, in the case of international clients, to the mediation services of the International Chamber of Commerce (https://iccwbo.org/

General Provisions
These Terms of Use do not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary or employment relationship between you and us.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
If any court finds any provision invalid, the remainder shall remain in force.
Rights not exercised by Veltech at any time do not constitute a waiver of such rights.
You may not assign these Terms or the rights granted under them without prior written consent from Veltech Consulting, SL, but Veltech may assign them without restriction.
